Bringing Yoga to your school or youth organization is a simple way to make your students’ lives healthier and happier. We specializes in creating unique and engaging classes that develop students’ mental, physical and emotional wellness.

Our Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training is a comprehensive program addressing children's holistic wellness needs. In addition to offering a wide range of activities that you can immediately use with your students, LFY training teaches you how to create activities within a framework of safety, relevance and student engagement.

LFY offer private and small group classes for children and families that address the needs and interests of your child. Classes are available for students with special needs.

LFY is committed to sharing yoga and mindfulness tools with all children, regardless of circumstances. Learn more about our work with the Yoga Service Council, and the many service projects we are dedicated to.
