Margot Harris

Hola! My name is Margot, and I received my LFY certification in June 2015. I have a bachelor of science in early childhood education, and a masters in literacy. For the past 11 years, I taught pre-kindergarten. This school year will be my first go at teaching children’s yoga and mindfulness full time! Teaching children is a passion, and I’m so excited for my journey with LFY to continue. This will be my second year teaching for LFY’s school yoga project. In addition, I teach children’s yoga at Lifetime Athletics, World Gym, and at local libraries.

I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to work for an organization like LFY, where support for teachers and students is paramount. They haven’t just taught me how to teach, but how to give unconditional love to myself. For this, I am forever grateful. I look forward to continuing to offer the gift of yoga to students of all ages, and in as many settings as will have me.

Namaste, all! “Your time as a caterpillar has expired. Your wings are ready.”
