Jennifer comes from a long history of movement. From a professional ballet dancer to a personal trainer and a ballet teacher, she continues her journey through movement in Yoga. As a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, and level 3 LFY certification, Jennifer switched careers to continue her journey.
A Graduate of New York University, BA in Arts Administration, Jennifer co-produced and created NYU’s Gallatin School’s first annual Galllatin Arts Festival, offering students the opportunity to present their art in a professional environment. As Executive Director of the Princess Grace Foundation, Jennifer continued to connect with young artists, honoring their journey through the Princess Grace Awards. As a professional ballerina, Jennifer toured throughout the world with Bejart’s Ballet of the XXth Century in Brussels, Belgium, American Ballet Theater II and Chicago City Ballet and trained in New York City at the School of American Ballet.
Switching careers from non-profit management to Yoga was a long time dream. Expanding and stretching to meet the spiritual with the body and mind is close to Jennifer’s heart. Staying in the present and breathing through movement, opening up the heart to whatever the body presents that day.
